Wriroso
The Wrirosos are often compared to the Lumneli as they are a wandering and nomadic people.
Unlike the Lumneli, who's home planet was destroyed and from which they have yet to recover, the Wriroso chose to wander the stars. At least, a majority of their number do.
Their home planet of Miritov is a normal, healthy planet. Well, not normal, but healthy. Bathed in the light of a tri-colored sun (semi-unique to their system), which includes both a black and purple sun, they have been consistently exposed to roaming spirits and phantoms as their culture developed.
As a people that are universally Thought Walkers, though they prefer the term "Heart Readers", they are uniquely dispositioned to deal with spirits as a regular occurrence. Many families even go so far as to regularly converse with the spirits of their relatives, asking them for advice and so forth. They even have a longstanding societal tradition of helping lost spirits they may come across.
The Wriroso are not at all interested in simply remaining where they formed, either. Ninety percent of their current population is off planet. Some in colonies, some on stations or military vessels. Eighty five percent are simply nomadic travelers that attach themselves to ships at seemingly at random. No intended direction, sometimes not even being payed, but they always seem to be going according to plan. Just how they are, I suppose.
Throughout history, the Wriroso have been near or at the center of great change. They're are there to record when a war starts and stops, or when some far away planetary king declares his own little empire that is promptly squashed by the local militaries. Next to adventurers, captains, presidents, and generals, they are always there because they are prized for their thoughtful outlook and subsequent advice, as well as their ability to read someone's outlook and disposition.
If you have ideas of grandeur, think about how long it takes for you to come across one of the jeweled hoods of the Wriroso, and bring them into your group. It certainly seems supernatural from that angle.

Basic Information
Anatomy
The Wrirosos are a humanoid species, similar to human, though a bit slighter in stature.
The species bones are not as dense as humans, either, though not nearly as light as species with avian ancestors. This necessitates them usually being a fair bit weaker than the average human, at least physically.

They reproduce like mammals, with a gestation lasting about ten of their solar months.

Their skin is a marbling of ivory white and lavender purple, with the back and stomach generally being a softer lavender color.
