Riohines

Home world of the Nasaria, Riohines is a largely arboreal planet, with trees covering a majority of it's surface.
Practically barren of rare metals, the planet finds value in the rare and arcane plants that grow within it's forests. Perfect for alchemical or druidic magics, the rarest of the plants can be sold for life changing profit. Of course, these ingredients are highly sought after, and there's nothing like a fistful of money to challenge the idea of a race of calm academics.

Geography

With sheer mountains crisscrossing the surface, the valleys are all the more crowded, by both flora and fauna. The only place where Nasarian civilization is even possible, these valleys were the cradle from which towns, cities, and nations were born out of. Fed by mountain streams and open to Riohines' white star, they could be viewed as quite idyllic.

Fauna & Flora

According to the Nasaria, their home planet was once home to megafauna and flora. Beasts so big they dwarfed the hovels and houses they'd regularly trample. Those days are long past, however, if they were ever here. No fossil records have ever been shown to corroborate the idea, but the Nasaria are often tight lipped about their knowledge to anyone but themselves in any case, so it is impossible to tell.
