Purpose
Adric has compiled a cliffnotes version of the Cultural Protocols section of the Nemanoi Archives. He is trying to give the Comm team what they will need to know how to interact with his people when they go down for an away mission to his planet.
He is concerned that their desire to protect his people from the distress they have observed in him during the days events and his subsequent crisis of faith will cause them to lie or omit important facts when talking to his people. He wants to remind them that absolute honesty is expected in every interaction.
