Structure
At the top of Olinov Holdings is the Chief Executive Officer, who manages and oversees its subsidiaries' higher and long-term operations and projects. They often also fill the role of Chairperson on the Board of Directors. As Olinov Holdings is privately held, only a high-ranking Olinov (such as the Adalheid) held this role, thus allowing the company to use the Power of the Merchant to fulfill its goals. Previous Iterations of Olinov Holdings had them go public, but that mor often than not led to corruption and economic disaster.
Below the CEO, the Board of Directors comprises of a representative from each of the eight lineages of the Olinovs. They manage senior personnel, oversee the acquisition of other companies, and see that subsidiary profits go where they need "excess profits" - O.H. and most subsidiaries are NFPOs, after all.. They also assist in the overall policy of the company (and its subsidiaries) and any long-term projects.
Next to (but often below) the Board of Directors, the Ancillary comprises personnel who act as liaisons between the Board and the subsidiary they represent.
Public Agenda
Olinov Holdings wants to use its money, assets, and influence to promote employee, environment, and customer-first policies in business and government with little to no sacrifice to the bottom line and the national and global economies. They also pursue short and long-term projects to raise the living standards of impoverished and low-wage peoples worldwide.
