Winters SubSector

The Winters subsector has a population of 3.2 billion spread across 37 worlds. The highest population of 1 billion is at the subsector capital of Winters system. Both Nuteman and Ramita are able to produce items at tech level 13, the highest tech level available in the subsector. On star atlases, Winters SubSector can be located at subsector M of Virgo Sector.
