Frank SubSector

The most populous subsector in the Virgo Sector is the Frank subsector with a nearly 100 billion within it's borders. The highest population in the subsector is 30 billion, at Frank system and it is also the subsector capital. The highest tech level of 13 is available at Clavenko, Novioma, and Sahadon. The Frank SubSector is found on star atlases as subsector J of Virgo Sector.
