Viland Kingdom

As the center of the Viland Empire, the Kingdom of Viland contains the Great Viland Lake as well as the sprawling Viland City, which is, of course, the imperial seat. Viland City is the center of trade, culture, and government in the empire. And at the center of Viland City is the Imperial Palace and the Imperial Army Barracks and Training Grounds. Currently ruled by Emperor Heinrich I, who of course also holds titles as the King of Viland, the Count of Viland, and the Baron of Viland, granting him primary authority over every level of governance in the capital region.
