Provincial Commander

A Provincial Commander, shortened to Commander when being referenced, is a title granted to a trusted Krasian officer designating them as the ruler of a region, planet, or system. They operate as the "voice of Krasia" on the planet, though this title can be immediately revoked by Krasian High Command. It is a highly covetous position that often ends with Citizenship, though that is not guaranteed.

Appointment

The title is officially granted by the Minister of Glory, though in practice the appointment is typically delegated to the High Admiral assigned to the Division responsible for the galactic region the title was created for.
