Carnin Walls is the youngest son of Don Lou Buccheri. He has made a name for himself in dealing in Utopia smuggling, U-Pen smuggling, and even U-Pen manufacturing. He and the Don have reportedly been at odds due to Carnin's continued association with the Hausaga Syndicate and his involvement in the U-Pen Trade.
He was last seen on Nibian 3 in the company of a green haired man from the Allied Terran Systems reputed to be a travelling trader.

Active Bounty

Carnin is the target of an Active Bounty by both the Krasian Meritocracy and the Allied Terran Systems for Crimes Against the Populace: Drug Possession and Manufacturing, both of which are held through the Bounty Hunter's Guild under the Deliver to Authorities contract mandate.
