The Alpha Galaxy is a brilliant one, and one of the largest in the Universe of Life. It houses at least 25 solar systems of importance. There is a great variety of life within the Alpha Galaxy, and it tends to be a beacon for space travel. Its size makes it a good place to settle, and the variety of planets means there's something for everyone. It is sometimes called by Earthlings the "Africa of the Universe" because of its size and variety of planets and life.

Geography

While the Alpha Galaxy itself consists of close to one trillion stars, not all of these stars are considered galactically important. Galactic importance is determined by what life is present on the surrounding planets, and whether that life is multi-cellular and sapient. There are approximately twenty-five thousand galactically important stars within the Alpha Galaxy, but for the sake of time, only a few are currently included in this guide. The following solar systems are currently of importance in this guide:
