Rictor Wells

One of the 3 names that was on Doctor Anna Ripley's Smokey-attuned gun: Animus.
Knowing how Smokey's influence works from The List, we can pretty easily assume that the names on Animus are people that had wronged Doctor Anna Ripley, or at the very least that she wanted to kill.
As of now I don't think we know anything else about Rictor. Literally the only thing I can even guess at is some sort of connection to the black powder merchant Victor. Is that guess purely based on the names? Yes. idk man. I guess Doctor Anna Ripley did also visit Victor after the fall of House Briarwood, but it's pretty easy to assume that was just because of her research in to guns.
