The List
Percy's first gun, the designs of which were given to him by Smokey.
Through The List, Smokey was seemingly able to not only influence Percy's mind, but even manifest quasi-physically through it.
It was a revolver, with a different name on 5 of the 6 barrels of the gun:
Lord Briarwood (Silas Briarwood)
Lady Briarwood (Delilah Briarwood
Doctor Ripley (Doctor Anna Ripley
Sir Kerrion Stonefell
Professor Anders
During the Briarwood arc, Percy did kill each of these individuals, and when they were killed their name would disappear from the barrel. Later, when Percy was killed by Animus, Vox Machina discovered that his soul was being consumed within the weapon. This implies that each of the people on Animus' souls were also consumed within The List.
The List was ultimately destroyed when Scanlan charmed Percy, allowing him to take The List and throw it in to acid. This (we believe) destroyed it.
