Was in jail in Westruun during the time period of Vox Machina kills Umbrasyll

Totally unclear as to WHY they were in jail. Probably from the The Herd of Storms putting them there, but not directly established.

"Abjurist Noja" utilized lightning bolt in Ep 54. Obviously very possible, but maaaaaaaaybe stealth new blue Dragon?
Imagine Noja was just supporting VM so that they would depose Brymscythe so that Noja could take his place in the Chroma Conclave
