The Raw Cut

One would know they are approaching the Raw Cut before they even see the small shack-like building simply by the smell of fresh smoked meat. The building is old and run down but seems full of love and effort as the beams and boards seem to have been replaced and refurbished over the years. All of the meat bought from the small business is supplied locally whether from the farmland or the woods just north of town.
