The Cold's Jail

While the people of Lamplighte are typically helpful friendly folk there are bad apples among the bunch. Mostly a place to hold rowdy drunks and less than reputable adventurers that think they can take advantage of the people's kindness. No one is known to stay in the Colds for longer than a few days.
