Séraphine Capperonnier
Séraphine Capperonnier is an Exemplar of the Golden State Inquisition of Frankonia. She ascended to the rank of Exemplar as a result of an investigation she led into the activities of a small and unassuming weavers' guild, the Red Thread, who were planning on orchestrating a string of high-profile assassinations against the ranking members of the Great Trade League and subsequently destroying their founding charters and organisational permits. The Red Thread's members were judged before a tribunal led by Séraphine; the scale and implication of the case resulted in Pontiff Angelique elevating her as Exemplar.
She is very curious, a strong adherent of Abadar, and has little regard for the common citizenry. Séraphine is a hobbyist coin collector, and her set is locally famous in Ponvarus' Prime Numismatic Guild.
