CONSULAR MISSION REDESIGNATION
To all Vicariate employees currently engaged in the RHO committee,
As of today, exactly 61 seabound vessels of varying allegiances are presumed to have been destroyed or captured during the past six months by the so-called Revenants of the Helot Order. A conservative estimation of the total loss of life would number around 3000. It is abundantly clear that previous efforts have been insufficient, unproductive, and borderline shoddy. Thus, if we are to defuse this crisis and put both our own and the Septemvirs’ minds at ease, a change in strategy is warranted.
Accordingly, I have instituted a new framework of operations, titled SECRET PALADIN, which will incorporate the RHO committee into a more responsive and autonomous environment. Due to a stellar record in recent counterintelligence and high-value target elimination operations, I have placed Jeanne TENASSETTE in charge of overseeing SECRET PALADIN. New competences extended to your committee include a blank cheque and Protocol 27 judicial prerogatives.
