Lydian
The Lydians are a sentient amphibian humanoid species with advanced psychic abilities, primarily telepathy. They are considered more intelligent, than humans.
The Lydians coexisted with humans on several Coalition worlds, including Prometheus and Sisyphus Prime until a group of xenophobic humans made the Lydians feel so unwelcome that they gave up on humanity and left every single planet in the galaxy inhabited by humans. They just want nothing more to do with us.

Sight better under water than on land, sensitive hearing, no sense of smell, have highly developed telepathic ability and can project their mind over great distances while meditating. Communicate well with cats.
