The first of several teenage boys who had sexual relations with Chastity Clear and fathered a child with her.
Some members of the Clear Family claim that James, and the other boys, took advantage of Chastity because it was easier to blame them. However, Chastity's friends and classmates knew her well enough that it was more likely her who took advantage of the boys and took the initiative for sex, insisting on unprotected sex.
The Clear Family tried desperately to find out his identity during the entire pregnancy, and some say they were never successful, which is curious as he died the day after his son was born. The Police Report and the Death Certificate states that he accidentally fell on his own knife, fifteen times.
