Dionysos

Most people in the Coalition think of Dionysos as a paradise planet, but they only ever visit the Maenads, the archipelago of tropical islands that form a band all around the planet’s equator. It’s the Maenads that are a paradise while the big continents on the rest of the planet are more diverse in their terrain, though mostly inhospitable and undeveloped, except for a few monasteries that belongs to the Verticality Movement, a cult of religious fanatics who thinks their god designated a specific up direction in space. Avoid those monasteries like the plague.
