Chief Warrant Officer

The Chief Warrant Officer outranks all enlisted officers of the Fleet, but none of the Commissioned officer ranks. They're the only non-commissioned officer who outranks Midshipmen.

Their primary task as a leader is to provide technical expertise, though they can have other duties.
