History

The population of ogres is very small, even more so than Kindred. They mainly come from the aftermath of The First Great Invasion - one of the demon kings not retrieved by Lavven, seeing humans beating their brethern, decided to flee once more to the Elven Realm. However, they did not find the elves as accepting of them as the human refugees that preceded them - nor as initially easy to fight.    The demon king that made the choice to flee thus made another difficult choice - swallowing their pride and begging to be allowed to stay. The elve took pity on them and their people, and allowed them to establish themselves at the then-unclaimed crossroads between the Quadrants. In time, this became a central trading hub between the realms - leading to eventual relationships between elves and demons that would later become ogres.
