Duke of Sandor's Pass

Elcted in 961 by a vote from the court of sandor's pass, Duke timothy made the city of Sandor's pass flursish, or so they thought. The city's thriving was acutally due to Timothy's Twin sister Tyene, and King Loras I recognized that fact, when he was crowned in 971 he named Tyene to be his royal accountant, and after she left the city it's been declining ever sense, leading to Timothy becoming wildly unpopular and likely loosing next year's duke election.
