Gideon Voss

Dr. Gideon Leander Voss, PHD

Dr. Gideon Voss is the exceptionally brilliant but ruthless lead scientist behind The Order's most ambitious and dangerous research—the practical application of Orgone Energy. A former doctor of physics, energy systems, and robotics, Voss is the architect of The Order’s modern superhuman experiments, taking pseudoscience and myth and forging it into something terrifyingly real.   Where Dr. Amy Madison once focused on weather modification using orgone energy, Voss has gone further, developing weaponized applications, biological integration, and direct superhuman augmentation. If The Order dreams of an unstoppable superhuman army, Dr. Voss is the one making that dream a reality.

Personal history

Voss’s origins are intentionally obscured, his academic and professional history sanitized to prevent any link to his current work. A child prodigy, he earned degrees in quantum physics, advanced robotics, and energy systems engineering, making him an ideal candidate for The Order’s secretive research initiatives.   When Dr. Amy Madison defected, believing The Order’s work had crossed ethical lines she could no longer ignore, Victor Kraze had already ensured there would be no setbacks.   Dr. Gideon Voss had been shadowing her work in secret, reverse-engineering her breakthroughs in orgone weather control technology and ensuring her absence would not hinder The Order’s progress. When she disappeared, Voss seamlessly stepped in as the lead, not only continuing her work but expanding it far beyond what she had envisioned.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

Cold. Detached. Uncompromising.   Unlike Madison, who believed in science for progress, Voss believes in science for control. He is not emotionally invested in the success of superhumans—only in the success of his work. He doesn’t care if the process is painful, inhumane, or lethal. If it works, it works. If a test subject dies? That’s just another data point.   He is not a fanatic like Kraze, nor does he see himself as some dark messiah. He is simply a man of logic, someone who pushes science beyond morality because morality is an obstacle to progress.   When challenged, he remains collected, always in control, always with an answer. But those who mistake his cold demeanor for passivity make a grave mistake. He does not tolerate interference. He does not accept failure.   And when necessary? He removes problems.
