Harrow

Background
Born in the secret laboratories of Project Spartoi, the cretature called Harrow or Caliban Prospero as he named himself, was humanity’s first attempt to create the perfect super-soldier. Unlike later successes such as Spartoi Prime, Caliban was an experimental prototype—cobbled together from the genetic material of deceased superhumans, aliens, and supernatural beings. His creation was as much an act of desperation as it was scientific ambition, resulting in a creature of incredible power but with monstrous physical deformities.
Despite his grotesque appearance, Caliban exhibited intelligence, adaptability, and loyalty. However, his creators deemed him a failure due to his inability to conform to their aesthetic ideals of perfection. Cast aside and left to die in the shadows of the program, Caliban survived through sheer force of will.
When Spartoi Prime was unveiled as the “true” successor of the program, Caliban was further driven to prove his worth. While Prime abandoned the program in pursuit of godhood, Caliban sought a place to belong. His journey led him to New Libertalia, where his raw power, resilience, and surprising humanity earned him a place on the Council of Six.
Here, Caliban found respect and a purpose: to protect New Libertalia and its vision of freedom for those the world rejects. He has since embraced his monstrous appearance, turning it into a symbol of strength and defiance against those who seek to control or destroy him.
  Personality
Beneath his fearsome exterior lies a soul shaped by rejection and resilience. Caliban is surprisingly introspective, grappling with his identity as both a monster and a man. Unlike his "brother," Spartoi Prime, who seeks domination, Caliban has learned the value of loyalty, humility, and community.
Fiercely protective of New Libertalia and its people, Caliban acts as the council’s muscle and moral compass. While he revels in combat, he fights not for conquest but for the right to exist on his terms. His deep voice carries wisdom and gravitas, but when provoked, he can unleash a terrifying primal rage.
Caliban is deeply loyal to his fellow council members, viewing them as the family he never had. However, he harbors a particular disdain for Spartoi Prime, whom he views as a hollow reflection of his own potential. Despite his monstrous appearance, Caliban is a creature of surprising humanity, embodying the strength that comes from accepting one's flaws and embracing them as a source of power.
