Spaceport Security

The Tellus Space Port is a busy spaceport that sees a lot of traffic. As well as highly skilled human employees, the security droids and other droids working at the spaceport are responsible for keeping the peace and ensuring that everyone complies with the spaceport's rules and regulations.    The security droid is a fearsome opponent and should not be underestimated. It is more than capable of dealing with unruly passengers or anyone who attempts to cause trouble at the spaceport. Anyone who is found to be in possession of weapons or contraband will be dealt with swiftly and harshly. The best course of action for anyone who wants to avoid trouble at the spaceport is to comply with the security droid's instructions and orders.   There are five distinct types of security droid at Tellus Space Port.   Information Droid
The information droid is a simple limbless droid with a head, body, and mobility mechanism that is used throughout the spaceport for a variety of tasks. They are generally stationed at information kiosks where they provide travellers with information about the spaceport, the flights, and the destinations. They are also responsible for providing information about customs and immigration procedures.   In addition, the information droid is often used as a retail assistant at concession stands and shops throughout the spaceport. The droid is equipped with a voice-activated interface that allows travellers to access information about the spaceport, as well as make purchases at the concession stands. The information droid is also equipped with a small internal blaster for self-defence.   The Security Turret
The security turret is a vital part of the spaceport's security system. It is responsible for guarding the entrances and exits of the spaceport, as well as the corridors and the large concourse. The turrets are mounted on brackets attached to the walls which allow them to be positioned at strategic points throughout the spaceport.   The turret is equipped with powerful scanners and facial recognition software, which allows it to identify travellers and track their movements. It is in constant communication with all droids throughout the spaceport at all times and as well as maintaining a visual record of all traffic throughout the airport, the turret can send long-range messages to Tellus Security or even Ceresian Military.   As well as sensors, the turrets are equipped with a high-powered laser. The turret is also equipped with a force field that can repel small objects and deflect blaster bolts.

Main Security

Baggage Droid The baggage handler droid is the same basic appearance as the security droid but wears a distinctive uniform. The droids are equipped with powerful robotic arms that can lift and move heavy objects. The droids are also equipped to drive baggage trolleys and elevators to fill the cargo compartments of passenger vehicles and small cargo freights. The baggage handler droid is not only responsible for loading and unloading luggage onto ships and moving baggage around the spaceport, but they are also responsible for scanning the baggage and completing random checks for contraband.   The baggage handler droid is a vital part of the spaceport's operation and security. As well as powerful robotic arms, the baggage droids are fitted with sensors and scanners that can detect contraband or hidden weapons. The droid is also equipped with a small internal blaster for self-defence.   Security Droid The security droid is a heavily armoured and armed droid used by spaceport authorities to maintain security. It is equipped with a powerful blaster cannon that can easily disable or destroy unauthorised vehicles or individuals. The droid also has a scanner that can detect hidden weapons or contraband. The droids are bipedal and patrol throughout the airport and docking bay. They are also responsible for scanning travellers as they enter and leave the spaceport.   The security droid is a fearsome opponent and should not be underestimated. It is more than capable of dealing with unruly passengers or anyone who attempts to cause trouble at the spaceport. Anyone who is found to be in possession of weapons or contraband will be dealt with swiftly and harshly by the droid. The best course of action for anyone who wants to avoid trouble at the spaceport is to comply with the security droid's instructions and orders.   Documentation Droid The documentation droid is similar in appearance to the security droid, though they can easily be told apart by their distinctive uniforms. The Documentation Droids are unassuming droids that are stationed at check-in and departure booths throughout the spaceport, as well as at departure lounges for final checks before entering ships. They are responsible for checking travellers' documentation and may be present during interrogations of passengers and crew brought in by the security droids. They are equipped with a scanner that can read and verify the authenticity of travel documents. The droid also has a communication unit that can connect to the spaceport's quantum network. This allows the droid to communicate with other droids and systems throughout the spaceport. The documentation droid is also equipped with a small internal blaster for self-defence.   The documentation droid is a crucial part of the spaceport's security system. It is responsible for verifying the identity of travellers and making sure that they are authorised to travel to their destination. The droid does this by scanning their documents and checking them against the spaceport's database. The documentation droid is a peace-loving droid, but it is more than capable of defending itself if necessary.
