Horn of Calling Winds

This simple horn seems rather mundane at first glance. Found always at the hip of the current Chieftain of the Skyrunner Tribe this horn represents the unity of the Tribe. While it has never been used it is claimed that such an item can be used to call the whole tribe to the location of the user. Bound by powerful elemental magics it is thought that upon blowing the horn wind elementals would burst forth and seek out all those who call themselves Skyrunner and bring them to the aid of the caller. Some even think it can recall the spirits of the dead from the ancestral hunting grounds.
