The Necro War

First it was the Elfathri, striking from the shadows with poisoned weapons. Next they had the mechanical men, which seemed invincible. Finally it was the swarms of undead, shamblers and flyers of all sorts. Its a good thing the Elfathri switched sides, and we got Kankos and the Free Folk to help out too, otherwise there'd be no more Empire. -Sergeant Raim Colto, Imperial Veteran of the Necro War

The Conflict

Prelude

For months beforehand Moldren and Griss began planting the seeds for this war. Griss gathered the forces of the Elfathri and The Citadel and began raiding outcropping settlements on the edges of Imperial territory. While they were busy with that, Moldren went about devouring souls for his undead army, rightfully assuming the The United Empire would be far too busy dealing with Griss to worry about a so-called myth.
