Tea Garden Hills

The Tea Garden Hills are a group of relatively high, grassy hills that make up their own district as a part of the city of Gwenivar. They have previously belonged to the Arafina family, and as the name suggest, some of the hills are still used to grow the Blue Tea and other types of tea they are famous for. However, the hills that are no longer in the use of the family have been slowly been modified to home a set of cozy villas owned by rich families who find it trendy to spend their holidays in the city of leisure.

Infrastructure

Named after the numerous tea growing gardens that have taken over the hills, most of the area is used for the tea plantations owned by the Arafina family. The family estate is also build on the top of one of the hills, a manor that was modernized after the last war and has set an example for a series of smaller villas that have sprouted on the other few hills that are not owned by the family. 

Apart from the tea plantations and villas, the a few traditional tea rooms have also been build on the hillside, the oldest one them of course belonging to the Arafina Tea Company. These tea rooms are very popular among the tourists, even though more modern ones have been build in the city center. 

Assets

The soil of the Tea Garden Hills is incredible fertile,rich and moist, and with the right amount of sun it provides excellent growing conditions for tea plants. Combined with a high enough altitude, the Tea Garden Hills have helped the Arafina family to create their empire of tea. For reasons unknown to everyone else but the family, the hills are also the only place where the Blue Tea plants are able to grow.
