Eldest son of Brettyl Cloudshaker, Raxys is known to be quite ambitious. Some might say ambitious enough that his father should watch his back, but no one would say that too loudly or in Raxys's presence.
Raxys rules his province, The Obsidian Jungle with an iron fist, though conventional wisdom dictates that the harshness of that land requires it. Additionally, as The Basin, the area immediately around Whitecrest, is at one end of Terror Canyon, the easiest way through The Palisades from the The Dreaded Wastes (Territory), the Lords of Whitecrest have for generations seen themselves as protectors of Empyrea. Raxys is no different and if he expects a certain amount of militaristic obedience from his people, they are probably likely to say how much they enjoy not getting frequently ripped apart by orcs and other denizens of the Wastes.
Raxys is often seen in the company of Grasht the dwarf and an archer named Tollemat.
