Tammin Island
Tammin is an island in Lake Hiva, and the location of the capital of Vaansiam. It holds Vaansiam's only large town.
Before the Forest came, Tammin was heavily forested with only a small village on the coast. Today, only the high ground in the middle of the island is still forested in order to make room for agriculture and settlements. This high ground is the site of a Keitist shrine, and where the Circle of the Birch Bough meets.
