(a.k.a. Strom Stormhowl)
A greedy and impetuous young White Dragon, who has accumulated a cult following within the Bonechewer Clan forming their own Raiding Band under their shapeshifted identity Strom Stormhowl.
Their dragon based desire to accumulate things of value drives them to raid with their Band very aggressively, while not strictly companionate about their followers, they despise their things being broken, and nothing draws their ire faster than something effectively harming their followers.
