Strom Stormhowl

Blessed with the fury of an icestorm in their veins, Strom Stormhowl is the sorcerous leader of one of the Bonechewer raiding bands. Their magical gifts and rallied a potent band about themselves, including several half-giants, and helped Strom's band capture several mammoths. Their bold raids and penchant for leaving few survivors gives this Bandleader a nasty reputation, even in comparison to other Bands within the Bonechewers. Additionally, Strom's followers seem particularly fanatical, convinced that their leader is gifted with the power of a Blizzard or perhaps Winter itself, as whirling clouds of cold fog, and brutal blasts of frost are common magical effects that Strom favors. 
Strom seems to always favor high value targets, preferring to hit caravans and walled towns, instead of farms or small villages. These targets are certainly higher risk, and their Band often has a fairly high mortality rate, but the wealth that they accumulate allows them to readily attract to Band members despite the risk.
