Will of Heaven

It was the gods in the heavens that granted us a land of peace and harmony, it was only through our arrogance that it was taken from us and now we suffer without it as chaos runs rampant in our once sacred lands. Know we will only wish to redeem ourselves to the heavens so harmony may return to us.

The Will of Heaven is something held in high regard in the Davad Archipelago for it considered the greatest gift ever bestowed by the gods of the heavens it protected the land from Kerudo, or demons from invading their land and causing chaos death. As the Will of Heaven created a barrier that kept them from entering the mortal plane. During the time that it was active, it created a time known as the Age of Tranquility and lead to the creation of the Golden Dynasty that united the isles surrounding it. Creating a peace where all were in harmony within a world of culture and scientific achievement to be shared by all. But this harmony was broken when a horrible crime was committed that would remove the Will of Heaven on the land and the Kerudo would enter the mortal plane to wreak havoc upon it. This event would be known as the Disgrace of Heaven and it would forever live on through the pain and suffering that it caused to the world. To this day the Will of Heaven has never been given back to the world and the Kerudo still roam across the land causing pain and misfortune where ever they go.

According to legend, the sky is supposed to a brilliant blue where the sun shines bright and the Kerudo would no longer be able to exist on the Mortal Plane and be banished to the Nether realm for all time

Light of Clarity

It was also said the with the Will of Heaven so came the Light of Clarity a sphere of light that could heal all wounds and disease. It also tested a person's character to remove sin and darkness within their hearts to make them pure once more. The sphere itself said to tower over the land basking its light to all so they were not tainted with darkness and wickedness in their hearts. But when the Disgrace of Heaven was committed the sphere was lost as it descended from the heavens and vanished without a trace. Some say it was taken for the purpose to be hidden away until the Will of Heaven had returned to the land while others believe it sank into the earth lost for all time.
