Structure
They must work in small groups of two in order to move efficiently and ensure that if one of them fails the other can finish the job. This was seen at on of their kills since two sets of footprints smeared in blood were found living the room. As for the rest of the commend structure is unknown, but its quite obvious that House Aurelius at the top of the ladder.
Tactics
Their is no evidence on how their tactics are used in the field, but two things have emerged from their kills, that they favor the element of surprise since no one seems to realize that they are even there before its to late and secondly it their policy of leaving no witnesses to see them commit their assassinations. Creating a sense of of mystery and fear that revolves around them and use that to psychologically affect all those that have experienced their actions and affect others around them.
Training
The training of these assassins have been kept secret for thousands of years and no one wants to know. Their are only rumor know, with that of forbidden magics and the power of the forsaken gods at work. What ever the case may be they are lethal when they are out in the field.
