It takes time to build one as requires a series of runes that are unique to the reflector along with light and wind magic runes since it is they fastest forms of magic. Allowing for images and sound to be transmitted.

It was said the great Magister Nicademus created the reflector so that all those with magic could meet and share knowledge with one another without face the dangers of those who would seek to destroy them.

It is only acessable to those who status with in governments or individuals who tasks or job requires them to deliver messages at a fast rate on events.

Complexity

The object themselves are infused with magic and crafted with runes to allow images and sounds to travels from one destination to another. Through the mental concentration of who the person wants to talk to by contacting a reflector near them. It also has a series of commands that must be memorized by to properly use it. As Reflector Key must be kept on them as well so they know when are receiving messages and to be able to access them.
