Personal history
From tales that have been told of Calden and his ascension to godhood are consider disturbing for the most part. There are two different versions to his story with both full of uncertainties to them. One states that he was a magic caster master many magics and sought out more knowledge for himself. It soon became a lust for power after he unable to learn more magic and soon created his own forms of dark magic and corrupted everything he touched. Gain many followers and spread chaos across the land. He was eventually stopped and forced to flee, only to find an Ethereal Shards in the place he was hiding in. Another was that he was a great scholar that knew many thing and desired to learn more. Eventual stumbling upon forbidden knowledge in the process. With him using much of it on unwilling test subjects to further his studies. He would soon discover the the existence of the Ethereal Shards and seek them out to achieve his goals.
He consider the least dangerous of the forsaken gods, but is still powerful in his own right. He doesn't meddle in the affairs of mortals as much either, unless he seeks something for himself. Most of the time he stays in his domain,the Black Library going through the knowledge he has collected throughout the millennia. But is is known to make deals with anyone whether they be god or mortal as long as they pay a price, some that they have that he wants. What he does with most of theses things he collects is unknown, but his pursuit for knowledge will only bring something dark things into world as he use it as testing ground to study it and see the results from time to time.
