Vince Costaou
Vince Costaou is a co-owner of VW Stables
Vince is in charge of evaluating new stock, and animal training. He is highly skilled at both, and frequently has contracts for training both domesticated and exotic beasts.
While he is an expert with animals, and clearly cares deeply for them, he is very gruff with people. It is very clear that he is NOT a "people-person". When talking with people he VERY rarely volunteers any information, and generally responds with "I ain't yer mam, go ask sum'on who cares."

History
Vince approached Wagner with a bag of gold and an interest in buying into the stable. They made a deal, and the business has grown significantly because of Vince's skills.
Commonalities & Shared Interests
The both put personal freedom above all else, and have a very loose grasp on good/evil. Both love animals, and consider animal abuse to be a serious character defect. Still, what happens outside of their stable is non of their concern. On the other hand, let someone try to sell them an animal that has been ill used; that person may find themselves in hot water.
