The Mortal Kingdoms is the collective term given to the numerous small realms occupying the southern part of Ehaes. There are and have been numberless kingdoms, republics, and who knows what else occupying this area over the area, warring almost endlessly. They will, however, cooperate in the form of the Numberless Council, a group of their rulers meeting in the Immortal City, to set rules for their wars, negotiate fragile peace, and unite in the face of greater threats.

Structure

The Mortal Kingdoms are a group of squabbling kingdoms, led in name only by the Numberless Council.

The Mortal Kingdoms cover a majority of southern Eheas, though internal borders change massively.
