The capital of the Mortal Kingdoms stands in stark contrast to its warring, inconsistent neighbors. The Immortal City has existed since time immemorial, originally constructed by a long-dead race with material unaffected by the passage of time. It stands independent from the squabbling of the Kingdoms, a neutral space in which they may meet to discuss and trade peacefully, where conflict is the only true crime.
