Doppelganger's are the subject of many of Ratha's horror stories: they are shapechanger, their true form being something close to mud, in a vaguely humanoid form. They can mimic any animals or people they have seen, a perfect replica to even the closest observation. Their malleable true form makes them shockingly resistant to damage, with reports of them even tearing pieces off themselves to use as weapon or carry objects - whether this is their method of reproduction, or the smaller fragment remains a part of the main Doppelganger, remains unknown.
