The Hand
The hand is one of the major thieves' guilds operating in the Protectorate of Cìrdan. They are primarily interested in racketeering, extortion and theft and have a history of being belligerent and aggressive. While there has always been a some sort of Hand presence in Cìrdan for as long as anyone can remember, the guild has only recently become a major player in the underworld. They are rumoured to have a new Guildmaster who is leading them to greatness.
Structure
It is unknown exactly how many members The Hand has as each cell operates individually and in seclusion from the others in all but the biggest operations. Most cells are between six and twenty individuals.
