Cìrdan (SEER-dan)
Cìrdan is a small archipelago located approximately 70 miles off the coast of Dhabara. It has been the erstwhile capital of the Sea elves since time immemorial. When the elves and humans formed the nation of Dhabara after the fall of the Meradassian Empire, the capital was shifted to Aran Dhabar on the mainland and Cìrdan was left to atrophy. While the elves still exclusively dock their ships there and maintain a strong military and mercantile presence on the island, the rest of the city has had to re-invent itself from a bustling trade hub to a luxury resort destination. Every vice imaginable can be found within Cìrdan's shores... for the right price.

Defences
Surrounding the island are a series of Elderglass reefs that act as a natural breakwater and defense against invasion.
Districts
Cìrdan is divided into several sections.
The Elven crescent comprises the Northernmost part of the island and has the 2nd largest harbour. It houses the island's military fleet and the sea elven ships.
The Merchant crescent comprises the central part of the island. It has the deepest harbour and is the natural port for all non-elven shipping. Many rare commodities flow through Cìrdan's merchant docks.
The Noble crescent houses the islands upper classes. It boasts the broadest, cleanest streets, spacious villas and numerous temples to the various gods.
The Court of Blossoms comprises the lower half of the two southern islands. It is a district of debauchery, gambling and vice. The western half of the court tends to be more genteel and the establishments and clientele become rougher, the closer one gets to Seaside. The most prominent feature within the court is The Sinspire. A massive tower shaped of Elderglass that houses the most exclusive and popular gambling establishment on the entire Gold Coast.
Seaside is the last crescent, comprising most of the south-eastern island. It is the poorest district of Cìrdan, and houses many of the lower class of workers and labourers. It is the part of the island most exposed to inclement weather.
