Village of Maer
Despite its rough and tumble neighbors to the south, Maer is as neutral as bread. Their location right next to Muspelheim does what proximity to the fire lands does - bubbles up what is already present in you. In the case of the Ryespell family that founded this village, it was a love of and skill for baking, here aided by the bubbling hot volcanic oceanside sands that lie outside their village, in which they bake some of the most legendary bread in the Realm. Many family members have branched out to open bakeries all over Midgard, and while they are renowned for their work, none can produce the bread made in Maer.
