Town of Pelilas

Legend has it that a lost Celestial once passed through Svartalfheim and gave the gift of life to the Waterdark. In Pelias, you will find many of them, able to summon the water from deep beneath the rock to the surface. Over the centuries, continued pressure and erosion has bored small tunnels to most corners of the kingdom, providing the fresh water needed to survive in these dry and barren lands.
