Glassmount

What looks like a true mountain in the right light is in fact pure ice, the roots of the monolith sunk deep beneath the snowpack and into the sea beneath like the massive root of a tree. There are tunnels and caverns throughout the mountain where creatures, Frost Giants, Waterdeep, Iceforged dwell.
Living in the ice caverns compels more transparency than earth caverns, and as such, Glassmount is a tranquil place where its inhabitants coexist without bothering each other overmuch. Any trouble that comes tends to come from outside, but you shouldn't expect much help from the neighbors.
