Capitol City of Muinor

The Dwarven capitol is as grand as one would expect, with a palatial entrance aboveground and a great many levels and tunnels beneath. As grand as it is, it is not even close to the most grand city or palace in Nidavellir, nor the seat of the ruler of the Dwarven lands (that would be nearby Óleryd Castle), but it is chock full of bureaucrats. Between trade and contracting out the martial companies in the north, they have plenty to do, but it probably does not strictly require so many forms.
