Hoff Station
Hoff station was a spike drive refueling station in the pre-scream Terran Mandate.
Hoff station is now the largest "Spacer" settlement in the core sector. It is home to a few hundred thousand people. No major government in the sector owns the station, and the people are extremely resistant to outside governing efforts.
Decisions for the good of the settlement are made by the local corporate elements in a loose council.
