Toppinggarde

The corporate hub of Chatibos, Toppinggarde is the home of the Corporate Conclave. It is located in Efron and is in many ways the polar opposite of Creation Haven. Almost the entirety of this city's population of 9 million fits into a position within the upper levels of the corporate hierarchies of the various members of the Corporate Conclave. Toppinggarde emphasises a "survival of the fittest" mentality, encouraging employees to rise the ranks of their respective company or corporation regardless of the cost to oneself or to others. Nothing is more highly coveted than a seat at the Conclave, and the Toppers have proven themselves willing to lie, cheat, scam, steal and even kill to reach such a position. These people can be powerful allies, but are notorious for always looking out for themselves and their careers at the expense of all else.
