The Owl Historian

From one of the continental leaves of the Feather Cluster (near Neih Aarakocra), the Owl Historian is a strig (owl humanoid). He is the Owl Historian for no one could properly hoot his name. His home leaf is not one of the conquered continents of the Eternal Empire's outer rim. Rather, the Owl Historian willingly immigrated to the empire, seeing their ways as superior to his backwater home of tribalist and Summer worshipping owls.
He became an avid learner of Eternal history, and his prowess in many subjects landed him a job as the keeper of knowledge and memory manager of the Eternal Empire's Fourth Fleet. He works at the Great Library in the Lesvetter Mothership, making sure no data is corrupted and that historical reports are up-to-date and accurate (after proper military clearance).
He is also a member of the Board of Innovation, the group that authorized and began the Heroic A.I. Machine Learning Program. He authorized the Nightingale Special Forces team consisting of a group of unknown soldiers who made a name for themselves in the battle of the Cosmic Observatory; Kynne Aurian, Xenon Levesh, Urg of the Yugernauchs, and Achilles Nefellias. While this team would go off and do great things, the Owl Historian would unfortunately not see the results of that experiment, for a Truth Plague would enter the Lesvetter.
During the infection, the Owl Historian was locked down in High Standard, working at safeguarding sensitive data on the Eternal Empire, and deleted that which could be devastating in enemy hands. While on this task, he discovered a virus deep within the Lesvetter's core. It was a piece of a Disengagement titan in code form. The Owl Historian traced it back to the Veritian Leaf half a century ago, sent from one of their scout outposts in a city called Tel'ul. This virus greatly reduced the Ram's A.I.s reaction time, which greatly reduced it ability to negate the spread of the Truth Plague. The Owl Historian changed his mission then, aiming to eradicate this virus an perhaps save the Lesvetter.
Then the Winter Contingency hit.
